Delivery
 

After we confirm your order, we will show you an order confirmation along with an approximate delivery time. The person who places the order will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Should you not be present at time of delivery, the goods will be returned to base and an extra fee will be charged for another delivery. Usually we use a Next Day Delivery Service, which means you will receive the goods 1-3 days from the clearance of payment. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you. The delivery is to the door of ground floor only and assistance will be needed to unload. Due to the unpredictable English weather, we do not suggest you leave the goods outside exposed to the elements. If you are not available and a neighbour is taking delivery for you, please ensure that your goods can be covered, or left in a garage off the floor, i.e. on a pallet or similar.

Deliveries to some addresses in of Scotland, Northern Island, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may be subject to specific delivery charges. Please contact us for information.

Saturday Delivery- if you find it difficult to take a day off during the week, we can arrange weekend delivery with £25 extra surcharge. Contact us for details.

Important : Please inspect the goods and report damages, errors or faults on delivery and any damages must be noted and signed for as “Damaged”. We can NOT accept responsibility for goods not signed for as damaged on delivery.
